PhysioWorksNI Ltd complies with UK consumer law including the Consumer Contract Regulations (valid from 13 June 2014), our Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights. Consumer Contract Regulations give you the right to cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched, up to 14 days from receipt. The good should be returned in original, unworn condition to PhysioWorksNI within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Card Payments, Security and Privacy
We accept most major credit cards and for off-line purchases will accept cash, and Bank transfers. Exchange rates around the world do vary all the time so payments made to PhysioWorksNI must always be in UK pounds (£) Sterling.
We can assure you that all your information is kept safe and secure, from your on-line shopping basket to the goods arriving at your front door. A secure SSL encryption protects all your details during the shopping process and we do not pass on or use them with any third parties, companies and marketing organisations. Carriage:
Our delivery process. Delivery of your order will be via Royal mail or courier. We also give you the option of click and collect if you live locally to PhysioWorksNI. The cost of delivery is stated when you place an item in your shopping basket. This way you will know exactly how much you’re spending on delivery before you make any commitment to buy. Please ensure your delivery details and especially the delivery country is correct. PhysioWorksNI will not be responsible for delays beyond their control.
Problems:
Any damages or shortages must be notified to PhysioWorksNI within 3 days of receipt of goods. In the event of damaged goods or shortages PhysioWorksNI responsibility will be limited to the refund value or replacement of the goods, and no consequential loss or damage can be accepted.
Non Delivery:
Non delivery of goods must be reported within 30 days of placing the order, otherwise PhysioWorksNI will assume the order has been received in full. PhysioWorksNI will take no responsibility for reports of non-delivery of goods after 30 days from the date of placing the order.
Returns:
Under the Consumer Contract Regulations (valid from 13 June 2014) the customer has a cooling off period of 14 days, within which they are entitled to return the goods to PhysioWorksNI if they are not satisfied with the product. The customer must pay for the cost of returning the item to PhysioWorksNI
*Please note certain items are exempt from this e.g. Resistance bands if removed from packaging and hot/cold packs.
