This is a 2 hour workshop designed specifically for athletes and sports clubs, in particular Running and Cycling clubs.
I was asked by a running club to give a presentation on how they could work on their own muscles and joints to help prevent niggles developing into injuries. Many of these runners were training for marathons and had found that as they increased their running, they were more prone to injury. This is where the idea of this work shop came from.
