What ever type of runner you are, a couch to 5k runner,a 10k runner,marathon, cross country runner or hill and dale runner, we can look at the many aspects of your training and give you advice and strategies on how you can help yourself in preventing many injuries from occurring.
This work shop can be organised by your club and can be held at PhysioWorks, at your club or at another venue of your choice.
