This is an intermediate Pilates mat class. Suited for those who are injury free and have xperience in the Pilates technique.
This class follows the principlesof Pilates and focuses on good functional movement with a flowingcircuit of exercises to improve your felxibility. There will always be a bit of strength work thrown in for good measure.
If attending this class either via Zoom or studio, it is good to have a range of small equipment handy – Mat, spikeys balls x 2, theraband, overball and foam roller – short and long.
On leaving this class you will be moving better, feeling energised and ready for your day.
