Class numbers are limited to 11 to allow your instructor Debbie to keep a good eye on you and help you get the best out of this strength class and to get you the best you can be.
Debbie will pay close attention to technique and your form and will modify exercises to suit each person.

Along with strengthening we will add in lovely mobility work – strength and mobility come hand in hand. In this class as strength improves, mobility improves and as mobility improves, strength improves.
To help make the improvements in strength and make this class fun you will also use a variety of different types of equipment – e.g. weights, resistance ands, overballs and foam rollers.
