Chen Style Tai Chi is a highly respected system of exercise and holistic personal development. Consisting of carefully co-ordinated natural movements and techniques, the slow movements are graceful, powerful, relaxed and meditative.

Research has shown Tai Chi can help and improve disorders such as heart disease, asthma, arthritis, high blood pressure, poor circulation, depression, sleep and digestive disorders and conditions of the back.

The essence of Tai Chi is relaxations through gentle bending, twisting, contracting and extending movements combined with diaphragmatic breathing to pump oxygen more efficiently around the body, leaving you feeling more light, vibrant and free from fatigue.

Tai Chi aims to improve concentration, balance, flexibility and muscular strength, whilst promoting relaxation, fitness, immunity and health. Classes are suitable for adults of all ages.
